Once the order has arrived at QIWI Post sorting centre, you will receive a text message. Then you can track your parcel using a unique number in our orders tracking system.
When your order has been delivered to a chosen QIWI Post terminal, you receive SMS-notification with an access code to a locker. You can collect the order from the terminal within next 4 days.
